TRAINING

The course is a complete learning process for professional coaching certification. It is designed to fulfill all ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialing requirements. It offers through its structure an efficient blend of theoretical learning, learning by doing, accompanied by feed-back, self-reflection and mentor coach process.

Next Training starts 16th of April 2022

Number of student contact hours included in program156 coach training hours with ICF distinction (ACSTH), plus 6 group mentor coach of 3h and 3 individual mentor coach sessions of 1h.

3. TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES IN COACHING

Micro tools and technics for exploring client’s world

Current reality of the client: limiting frames of reference

Facilitating awareness, insights and learning by expanding reality.

4. GOING DEEPER IN COACHING

Deep listening (the story vs. the internal process; the what, the why, the who; systemic perspective).

Mirroring deep listening.
